Blake Lively’s lawsuit accused It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni of s3xual harassment and launching a ‘smear campaign’

As the hours go by, more details are emerging from the lawsuit that Blake Lively has filed against It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni – including the actor’s alleged reaction to her husband Ryan Reynolds having blocked him online.
In the document that 37-year-old Lively filed to California Civil Rights Department last week, an alleged text message sent between her cast-mate and his publicist, which alludes to having been blocked by the star, is revealed.
This aspect of Lively’s case forms part of a larger complaint against Baldoni, in which she accuses him of both attempting to orchestrate a ‘smear campaign’ to ‘destroy’ her reputation and alleged s3xual harassment.
Forming part of the backbone of her case are a set of text messages that were seemingly sent between Baldoni – who plays her love interest in the romantic-drama movie – and both his publicist Jennifer Abel, and crisis management expert Melissa Nathan.
The texts have been included in her ‘evidence’ due to a subpoena.
In one text allegedly sent by Abel, she claimed to be having ‘reckless thoughts of wanting to plant pieces this week about how horrible Blake is to work with’, while another said to be sent by Nathan reads: “Imagine if a document saying all the things that he wants ends up in the wrong hands.
“You know we can bury anyone but I can’t write that to him. I will, I’d be very tough.”
As we say, however, another aspect of the filing has since emerged, which describes the alleged reaction 40-year-old Baldoni exhibited when Lively’s husband Reynolds reportedly blocked him on social media.

Among the alleged text messages between Baldoni and his publicist is one sent from the actor in May of this year, which reads: “We should have a plan for IF she does the same when [the] movie comes out.”
Lively’s complaint alleges that this was in reference to Reynolds having blocked him 10 months prior to sending the text.
The lawsuit also claims that throughout the duration of Lively’s time on set, Baldoni inundated her with questions about her s3x life with Reynolds.
The documentation also alleges that Baldoni attempted to add in a scene of his and Lively’s characters orgasming together, with the actor reportedly explaining that it ‘was important to him because he and his partner climax simultaneously during intercourse’.
He then ‘intrusively asked Ms. Lively whether she and her husband climax simultaneously during intercourse, which Ms. Lively found invasive and refused to discuss’.
The filing explains that a list of 30 demands was subsequently handed to both Baldoni and the team in the hope of dispelling tensions during filming, with one seeking ‘no more discussion to BL and/or her employees about personal experiences with s3x, including as it related to spouses or others’.

A month after the message – understood to have been about being blocked by Reynolds – was sent by Baldoni, his publicist Abel allegedly expressed further concern about his image.
During the promotional tour for the film, the two lead actors were never paired together during conversations with the press, and seemingly avoided one another during red carpet celebrations, heavily alluding to drama having been sparked behind the scenes.
The lawsuit states that Abel texted another colleague in June, saying: “We can’t have fans guessing why JB is left out of this stuff.”
Baldoni’s representatives vehemently refute the allegations that have been filed against him.
His attorney Bryan Freedman stated: “It is shameful that Ms. Lively and her representatives would make such serious and categorically false accusations against Mr. Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios and its representatives.”
